    [kjv] Now about that time Herod the king stretched forth his hands to vex certain of the church.

    [kjv] And he killed James the brother of John with the sword.

12:3 [cbb5] 他见犹太人喜欢这事、又去捉拿彼得。那时正是除酵的日子。
    [kjv] And because he saw it pleased the Jews, he proceeded further to take Peter also. (Then were the days of unleavened bread.)

12:4 [cbb5] 希律拿了彼得收在监里、交付四班兵丁看守、每班四个人、意思要在逾越节后、把他提出来、当着百姓办他
    [kjv] And when he had apprehended him, he put him in prison, and delivered him to four quaternions of soldiers to keep him; intending after Easter to bring him forth to the people.
    [strongs] 3739 whom 2532 also 4084 capturing, 5087 he put 1519 in 5438 prison, 3860 delivering 5064 to four 5069 squads of four 4757 of soldiers 5442 to guard 0846 him. 1014 Intending 3326 after 3588 the 3957 Passover 9999 {Feast} 0321 to lead up 0846 him 3588 to the 2992 people.
12:5 [cbb5] 於是彼得被囚在监里教会却为他切切的祷告神。
    [kjv] Peter therefore was kept in prison: but prayer was made without ceasing of the church unto God for him.

    [kjv] And when Herod would have brought him forth, the same night Peter was sleeping between two soldiers, bound with two chains: and the keepers before the door kept the prison.

12:7 [cbb5] 忽然有主的一个使者、站在旁边、屋里有光照耀天使拍彼得的肋旁、拍醒了他、说、快快起来那铁炼就从他手上脱落下来。
    [kjv] And, behold, the angel of the Lord came upon him, and a light shined in the prison: and he smote Peter on the side, and raised him up, saying, Arise up quickly. And his chains fell off from his hands.
    [strongs] 2532 And 2400 look, 0032 an angel 2962 of {the} Lord 2186 stood by, 2532 and 5457 a light 2989 shined 1722 in 3588 the 3612 building. 3960 striking 1161 And 3588 the 4125 side 4074 of Peter, 1453 he raised 0846 him, 3004 saying, 0450 Rise up 1722 in 5034 a hurry! 2532 And 1601 fell off 0846 of him 3588 the 0254 chains 1537 from 3588 the 5495 hands.
12:8 [cbb5] 天使对他说、束上带子穿上鞋他就那样作天使又说、披上外衣跟着我来。
    [kjv] And the angel said unto him, Gird thyself, and bind on thy sandals. And so he did. And he saith unto him, Cast thy garment about thee, and follow me.

12:9 [cbb5] 彼得就出来跟着他、不知道天使所作是真的、只当见了异象。
    [kjv] And he went out, and followed him; and wist not that it was true which was done by the angel; but thought he saw a vision.

    [kjv] When they were past the first and the second ward, they came unto the iron gate that leadeth unto the city; which opened to them of his own accord: and they went out, and passed on through one street; and forthwith the angel departed from him.

12:11 [cbb5] 彼得醒悟过来、说、我现在真知道主差遣他的使者、救我脱离希律的手、和犹太百姓一切所盼望的。
    [kjv] And when Peter was come to himself, he said, Now I know of a surety, that the LORD hath sent his angel, and hath delivered me out of the hand of Herod, and from all the expectation of the people of the Jews.
    [strongs] 2532 And 4074 Peter 1096 having come 1722 with in 1438 himself 2036 said, 3568 Now 1492 I know 0230 truly 3754 that 1821 sent out 9999 {the} 2962 Lord 3588 the 0032 angel 0846 of Him, 2532 and 1807 plucked 3165 me 1537 out of 5495 hand 2264 Herod's 2532 and 3956 of all 3588 the 4329 expectation 3588 of the 2992 people 3588 of the 2453 Jews.
12:12 [cbb5] 想了一想、就往那称呼马可的约翰他母亲马利亚家去在那里有好些人聚集祷告。
    [kjv] And when he had considered the thing, he came to the house of Mary the mother of John, whose surname was Mark; where many were gathered together praying.
    [strongs] 4894 considering 5037 And 2064 he came 1909 to 3588 the 3614 house 3137 of Mary 3588 the 3384 mother 2491 of John, 1941 surnamed 3138 Mark, 3757 where 2258 were 2425 many 4867 gathered together 2532 and 4336 praying.
12:13 [cbb5] 彼得敲外门、有一个使女、名叫罗大出来探听
    [kjv] And as Peter knocked at the door of the gate, a damsel came to hearken, named Rhoda.
    [strongs] 2925 knocking 1161 And 4074 Peter 9999 {at} 3588 the 2374 door 3588 of the 4440 porch, 4334 came near 3814 a maidservant 5219 to listen, 3686 by name 4498 Rhoda.
12:14 [cbb5] 听得是彼得的声音、就欢喜的顾不得开门、跑进去告诉众人说、彼得站在门外。
    [kjv] And when she knew Peter's voice, she opened not the gate for gladness, but ran in, and told how Peter stood before the gate.
    [strongs] 2532 And 1921 recognizing 3588 the 5456 voice 4074 of Peter, 0575 from 5479 joy 3756 not 0455 she opened 3588 the 4440 porch, 1532 running 1161 but 0518 reported 2476 to stand 4074 Peter 4253 in front of 3588 the 4440 porch.
12:15 [cbb5] 他们说、你是疯了。使女极力的说、真是他。他们说、必是他的天使。
    [kjv] And they said unto her, Thou art mad. But she constantly affirmed that it was even so. Then said they, It is his angel.
    [strongs] 3588 they 1161 But 4314 to 0846 her 2036 said, 3105 You are crazy! 3588 she 1161 But 1340 insisted 3779 so 9999 {it} 2192 to hold. 3588 they 1161 And 3004 said, 3588 the 0032 angel 0846 of him 2076 it is!
12:16 [cbb5] 彼得不住的敲门他们开了门、看见他、就甚惊奇。
    [kjv] But Peter continued knocking: and when they had opened the door, and saw him, they were astonished.
    [strongs] 1161 But 4074 Peter 1961 continued 2925 knocking, 0455 having opened 1161 and 1492 they saw 0846 him, 2532 and 1839 were amazed.
12:17 [cbb5] 彼得摆手、不要他们作声、就告诉他们主怎样领他出监又说、你们把这事告诉雅各、和众弟兄於是出去往别处去了。
    [kjv] But he, beckoning unto them with the hand to hold their peace, declared unto them how the Lord had brought him out of the prison. And he said, Go shew these things unto James, and to the brethren. And he departed, and went into another place.
    [strongs] 2678 signaling 1161 And 0846 to them 3588 with the 5495 hand 4601 to be silent, 1334 he told 0846 them 4459 how 3588 the 2962 Lord 0846 him 1806 led out 1537 from 3588 the 5438 prison. 2036 he said 1161 And, 0518 Report 2385 to James 2532 and 3588 the 0080 brothers 5023 these things. 2532 And 1831 going out 4198 he went 1519 to 2087 another 5117 place.
12:18 [cbb5] 到了天亮、兵丁扰乱得很、不知道彼得往那里去了。
    [kjv] Now as soon as it was day, there was no small stir among the soldiers, what was become of Peter.
    [strongs] 1096 becoming 1161 And 2250 day, 2258 there was 5017 disturbance 3756 not 3641 a little 1722 among 3588 the 4757 soldiers. 5101 What 0686 then 9999 {of} 4074 Peter 1096 became?
12:19 [cbb5] 希律找他、找不着、就审问看守的人、吩咐把他们拉去杀了。后来希律离开犹太、下该撒利亚去、住在那里。
    [kjv] And when Herod had sought for him, and found him not, he examined the keepers, and commanded that they should be put to death. And he went down from Judaea to Caesarea, and there abode.
    [strongs] 2264 Herod 1161 And 1934 searching 0846 for him, 2532 and 3361 not 2147 finding, 0350 interrogating 3588 the 5441 guards, 2753 commanded 0520 to be led away. 2532 And 2718 going down 0575 from 2449 Judea 1519 to 2542 Caesarea 1304 stayed.
12:20 [cbb5] 希律恼怒推罗西顿的人他们那一带地方、是从王的地土得粮、因此就托了王的内侍臣伯拉斯都的情、一心来求和。
    [kjv] And Herod was highly displeased with them of Tyre and Sidon: but they came with one accord to him, and, having made Blastus the king's chamberlain their friend, desired peace; because their country was nourished by the king's country.
    [strongs] 2258 was 1161 And 2264 Herod 2371 in bitter hostility 5183 with Tyrians 2532 and 4506 Sidonians. 3561 with singleness of purpose 1161 And 3918 they came 4314 to 0846 him, 2532 and 3982 having persuaded 0937 Blastus, 3588 the 9999 {one} 1909 over 3588 the 2846 bedroom 3588 of the 0937 king, 0154 they asked 1515 peace, 1223 because 3588 the 5142 feeding 0846 of them 3588 the 5561 country 0575 from 3588 the 0935 royal 9999 {bounty}.
12:21 [cbb5] 希律在所定的日子、穿上朝服、坐在位上、对他们讲论一番。
    [kjv] And upon a set day Herod, arrayed in royal apparel, sat upon his throne, and made an oration unto them.
    [strongs] 5002 on a set 1161 And 2250 day 2264 Herod 1746 being clothed in 2066 a robe 0937 regal, 2532 and 2523 sitting 1909 on 3588 the 0968 tribunal, 1215 made a speech 4314 to 0846 them.
12:22 [cbb5] 百姓喊着说、这是神的声音、不是人的声音。
    [kjv] And the people gave a shout, saying, It is the voice of a god, and not of a man.
    [strongs] 3588 the 1161 And 1218 populace 2019 was crying out, 2316 of a god 5456 A voice, 2532 and 3756 not 0444 of a man!
12:23 [cbb5] 希律不归荣耀给神、所以主的使者立刻罚他他被虫所咬、气就绝了
    [kjv] And immediately the angel of the Lord smote him, because he gave not God the glory: and he was eaten of worms, and gave up the ghost.
    [strongs] 3916 immediately 1161 And 3960 struck down 0846 him 0032 an angel 2962 of {the} Lord, 0473 because 3739 - 3756 not 1325 he did give 3588 the 1391 glory 3588 to 2316 God. 2532 And 1093 becoming 4662 eaten by worms 1634 he expired.
12:24 [cbb5] 神的道日见兴旺、越发广传。
    [kjv] But the word of God grew and multiplied.
    [strongs] 3588 the 1161 But 3056 word 3588 of 2316 God 0837 grew 2532 and 4129 increased.
12:25 [cbb5] 巴拿巴和扫罗、办完了他们供给的事、就从耶路撒冷回来、带着称呼马可的约翰同去。
    [kjv] And Barnabas and Saul returned from Jerusalem, when they had fulfilled their ministry, and took with them John, whose surname was Mark.
    [strongs] 0921 Barnabas 1161 And 2532 and 4569 Saul 5290 returned 1537 out of 2419 Jerusalem 4137 having fulfilled 3588 the 1248 service, 4838 having taken with 9999 {them} 2532 and 2491 John, 1941 being surnamed 3138 Mark.
